CL-CURE C150 is a water-based emulsion concrete curing agent that used for concrete with subsequent finished. When applied on fresh concrete, it forms a barrier that prevents water in bulk concrete from pre mature evaporation, thereby enabling prolonged cement curing and optimising the cement hydration process. Areas of application include concrete floors and walls, precast structural concrete, bridges, highways etc.

Davco DW 1 is a synthetic, latex based mortar additive designed for use with portland cement and sand to prepare high strength, thin set mortars. Ideal for installing ceramic tiles, marble, slate and natural stone onto concrete, cement render, rendered brickwork surfaces or over existing tiles.

USES

Davco DW 1 may be used as a mortar additive for fixing ceramic tiles, pavers, marble, slate and natural stone onto concrete, cement render, blockwork and rendered brickwork surfaces.
Can be used in conjunction with sand and cement as a splash coat to fix render, or bed tiles over uneven concrete.
Can also be used as an additive to strengthen cement render coats.
Can also be used as a grout additive, especially in straight sand cement grouts. In conjunction with sand / cement can be used to tile over existing tiles.
Can be used as latex binder in thick bed mortar fixing.
Can be used as an injection repair for bonding hollow plaster and floor screed.

Bonding Agent (CN Flex 1000) - CLP

CN-FLEX 1000 is a high performance cement modifier, consisting of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Co-polymer (EVA) emulsion, for enhancing the adhesion strength of mortar, tile adhesive cement, plastering cement, cement / sand screed, render repair mortar, grouting cement and the like.

CN-FLEX 1000 comes in a concentrate form and has to be diluted at varying properties in tandem with the intended applications. Its concentrate packaging also affords cost economies when diluted especially if delivery cost to far away destinations is included.

Easi-Bond (Quicseal 509) - QUICSEAL

QUICSEAL 509 is a specially formulated acrylic latex admixture to improve the adhesion of screeds, renders, patching and repair morars to concrete and cement-sand substrates.

It is also used as an admixture for cement and sand mortars to improve the quality of screeds and renders. Once cured, the screeds and renders are resistant to water, mild chemicals and weathering effects.

Cement Strengthener (W1) - WARRIOR

Strengthens cement. Improves bonding strength by 2 to 3 times to 30.57 kg/cm2. Especially good for bonding homogeneous tiles, granites and marble tiles, and to prevent staining. Increases flexural and compressive strength by 40% to 100%. Compressive strength to 56.00 N/mm2 . Flexural strength to 10.00 N/mm2 . (ASTM C 39).

Quickens cement setting time. Reduced surface cracking and dusting, forming a very tight seal. Good for wall plaster, wet area and swimming pool waterproofing. 10 to 20 times more resistant to oil, salt water, chloride, acid and vapour penetration. A feature particularly important in steel reinforced concrete structure.

Improved plasticity and flow (ASTM C 124-71), easier to work with, reduces porosity.

W1 cement strengthener is deemed to be suitable for use in contact with water intended for human consumption tested against SS375 : 2001.
