It is formulated for bonding, sealing and holding various substrates like steel, aluminium, brass, ceramic, concrete.

Rapid Epoxy Adhesive

A fast setting, strong adhesive, which will bond ceramics, wood, chipboard, glass, metal and most hard plastics. It is solvent free, heat and cold, water and oil resistant. Each blister contains one tube of adhesive and one tube of hardener. Mix equal proportions of each tube thoroughly and it is ready to apply. Sets in around 15 minutes.

Epoxy Mortar (Quicseal 301) - QUICSEAL

Quicseal 301 is a two-component product, premixed with selected graded aggregates / epoxy resins and additives which when mixed, produces a high strength impermeable and chemically resistant mortar. The base / hardener are in different colours to provide visual confirmation of adequate and proper mixing on site.

Can be used to repair damaged precast concrete building units, spalled or honeycombed vertical surfaces and protecting exposed reinforcement, and cracked concrete piles. Can be used in grouting of tile joints, in bedding applications – bridge bearing pads and mounting of heavy plant and machinery. Can be used for underwater applications or the repair of structures exposed to heavy battering of the sea (seawalls and concrete jetties).

Has outstanding compressive, tensile and adhesive strength. Fast cure. Impermeable to water, oil, petrol and chemical spillage.

The bas / hardener are in different colours to provide visual confirmation of adequate and proper mixing on site.

Can be used to bond precast concrete, anchor bolts and dowel bars, seal cracks, repair concrete, in overhead repair, to bond dissimilar materials.

Adheres to damp surfaces and cures with undetectable shrinkage. Impermeable to water, oil, petrol and chemical spillage.
