Davco K10 Bitkote 3 is an easy to use, water based bitumen waterproofing emulsion that has been specially formulated to be non-toxic and fast drying. After application, it forms a seamless and flexible bitumen membrane with high adhesion strength that is ideal for covering of cracks and general waterproofing purposes.
